The Council is advocating higher density after the Unitary plan cane into effect from end of 2016. As a result we have received many projects involving REMOVE AND REBUILD. The existing house makes way for 6 freehold residential units making it affordable and commercially viable.

The pre construction process involves a 3 stage approach which is now becoming standard practice.
