Auckland Council is advocating for higher density housing after the Unitary Plan came into effect in the end of 2016. As a result, we have received many remove and rebuild projects. In this West Auckland project, the existing house was removed and made way for six freehold residential units – making it affordable and commercially viable.
The pre-construction process required a three-stage approach which is now becoming standard practice.
