*What happens when a client with a 318m2 section asks you to design a four-bedroom home in 2008? *
Back in those days, 600 sqm was considered a small section. So I was stunned at first by their request to fit a four-bedroom home into just over half of that space. Not wanting to give up, we took on this challenge and after two abandoned designs we came up with a plan that ticked most of the boxes.
