The brief for this new house from a local developer was design something that sells fast! To ensure we fulfilled his request, we got a lot of initial input from the real-estate agent. We then designed an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area that opened onto the adjacent green. On the upper level there was space for a master bedroom and three other bedrooms. Once it was built it did sell quickly. The same local developer has since engaged Tarzan Design for more projects.
