This development was completed in 2 stages, though our involvement was actually in 3 parts. We originally designed the first house in the devlopment way back in 2004. Later the developer built the 9 houses in the northern part of the subdivision. These were all brick, tile & plaster 2 storey homes.

Later, he came back to us to complete the other 11 homes in the southern part of the development. These were a mixture of single, 1 1/2 & 2 storey homes, again in brick, tile & plaster.

All the homes have views to the west, overlooking Plummer Reserve, bush and stream giving the whole development a very rural feel, whilst only being a few minutes from shopping and Waitakere City Council.

We made use of similar, or the same, designs where possible throughout the subdivision to keep costs down. On a large project such as this, the savings can run into many thousands of dollars.
