Bobby has completed his MASTER OF ARCHITECTURE, from Unitec Auckland in November 2010.  Read all about this important achievement and his submission, which was featured in the Indian Weekender of 28 November 2010.

Tarzan Design Ltd was begun by Ian Shere in 1994 with its core competency in residential design and planning followed by a number of successful subdivision projects and commercial jobs.

Bobby Banerjee joined the company from India in 2002 and brought with him a rich experience of residential, commercial, corporate & interior design projects.  He began as Senior Designer with skills in 3D visualizations.

At the end of 2009, Ian and his wife left New Zealand to live in America, where he continues to provide remote architectural services, passed on the business to Bobby and his wife.

Our head office is located in Auckland, New Zealand.  The office uses the latest CAD software (Softtech "Spirit"), computers and plotters to produce clear and concise drawings.

Communication with the clients and consultants (national and international) is usually by email for speed and ease, but we realise some prefer traditional mail and face-to-face meetings.  These clients aren’t left out.  All drawings are produced in A2 format for ease of handling and readability.

Tarzan Design Ltd has designed over 900 projects all over New Zealand since its inception with more than 860 built projects.   The majority of our work is in the greater Auckland area, although we have been involved in projects from as far north as Kaitaia, to Queenstown in the south.  Our core business is still Residential Architectural design, but we have also been involved in light commercial and industrial, and hotel conceptual design. We also offer subdision and drainage design, and interior design.
